This same philosophy is also very relevant to copyright owners of music.

Some owners will require you to ask permission first, or refuse use of their music. That is understandable and that is their right.

Some wont require anything from you. Or some will allow the use of their content, providing they are allowed to earn money from ads shown with your video.
