It has only been 12 days in the new year. But I have dared greatly – doing and being in things I may stumble publicly and fail like no one has ever.

But I take courage that my taking risk will not be slowed down by those in the stands- loud as their laughs and boos may be. Surely, it will hurt as some of them are friends who mean well, but have never fought in the arena. I wear armor but my skin bleeds and my ears hear.

I will be on the field, well outside the comfort zone, while people are still sleeping, amidst the putrid smoke and the chilling cold with no promise of success. There will be times I will question myself and more times when my loved ones will not understand.

I have a noble cause. I know that. And it is upon me to share that vision where people will be inspired to share themselves.

My vision is this:

Humans being their Chosen Purpose and Passion, whatever it is.

My mission

To share the specialized language of Transformational Leadership so that families and businesses can Create the Life they Dream of, whatever it takes.

I am no hero. I know that. But I am a Man in the Arena.

Impossible? No!

Unreasonable? Absolutely!

Will I fail and lose battles? Yes, it takes losses to win a war.

I Dare Greatly. Whatever it takes.
