Yesterday, Feb. 6, Marketing Management Class M22, consisting of 23 Middle Managers taking their MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business created a possibility that the mission aligns with the AGSB’s Mulat Diwa program.
This event, Breakthroughs in 2024 was created, communicated and delivered in 7 days.
Sabi ng lolo ko (my grandfather said), people overestimate what day can do in 1 week and underestimate what they can accomplish in 1 year.
This One Day Breakthrough event was exactly what was needed, notwithstanding the imperfections and technical difficulties and the unreasonable 1 week window of opportunity.
To me, this was the best event, bar none, from 6 to 930 pm, Feb. 6, 2024 in the Philippines, and maybe even the world.
SDE Same Day Edits refers to videos made, and shown on the same day, typically in a public event. This a term more easily said than done, especially if the instructions were also made on the same day as the event.
For my awesome M22 class, 23 Middle Managers, this is what is now called SDES – Same Day Edit Surprise (!) and you just showed to the world that, with the right teamwork and an awesome, unreasonable MBA middle manager class who will do whatever it takes, every good is possible for everyone.
These are the same SDES which will move, touch and inspire 1 million Filipinos by 2026 so we can bring our children home.
