After nearly three decades of teaching at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, I was reminded once again that transformation is not taught – it is loved.
💙 Our Nation is Our Business.
Since 1997, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Professor at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – a space I’ve long called my second home. Recently, I was given the rare opportunity to share my thoughts on the latest evolution of this institution that continues to form leaders who serve with both expertise and integrity.
At AGSB, learning begins with real challenges and ends with real transformation. It’s where business is redefined – not as competition, but as collaboration. Every case study, conversation, and reflection builds leaders who are globally attuned, locally grounded, and deeply human.
The Ateneo Graduate School of Business remains steadfast in its mission to form leaders for others—professionals who lead with wisdom, compassion, and purpose.
If the Ateneo has been a meaningful part of your journey, I invite you to share your story below. Together, let’s honor the legacy of a community that continues to transform leaders and transform tomorrow.
👉 This is AGSB 2025. It is the school we choose.

This is the video transcript:
For over half a century, the Ateneo Graduate School of Business has shaped leaders who bring light to enterprise, conscience to commerce and purpose to profit. This is the story of become, of how an Atenean business education forms not just managers, but men and women for others. At the heart of AGSB is a mission to cultivate transformative learning and ethical leadship.
Our programs are routed in the Jesuet tradition of excellence, reflection, and service, guiding every professional toward integrity and impact. Here, learning begins with real challenges. In every case study, every conversation, and every reflection, our students learn to see business not merely as competition, but as collaboration.
Our data-driven approach and strategic frameworks prepare them to lead organizations with insight and heart.
Dr. Charlie Gatmaitan: “Well, how it’s done is to provide a conducive atmosphere for discussion for students not only to read reports and submit. The AGSB equips professionals for a dynamic business world through vigorous, values-based curriculum emphasized on strategic thinking, ethical leadership innovation, creating critical thinkers out of our students.”
Prof Bong De Ungria: “What’s unique is we combine responsible business, digital transformation, and Jesuit formation, the three pillars of leadership for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We do this in the classroom and outside the classrooms where we allow and encourage environments where leaders think, transform, and serve. Through OBE, students don’t just know, they do, decide, and deliver.
Every lesson connects to purpose, every project builds insight, and every graduate takes action. Because we don’t prepare you for the future, we form you to lead it. That’s the AGSB difference.”
“I am Mitch Atsuro Park. Ateneo Graduate School of Business has taught me to become a woman for others. All throughout my stay, we have been doing charity works to help ease the burden of less fortunate communities.
During the pandemic, together with the other restaurateurs here in Pampanga, we formed a group to provide meals to the frontliners here in Pampanga. Thank you, Ateneo Graduate School of Business, for influencing me to become more compassionate and to become a woman for others.”
In a world of disruption and change, AGSB continues to form leaders ready for the future, globally attuned, locally grounded, and deeply human.
