In this short video uploaded March 2017, Kantar Media, a global leader in media intelligence, claims that local advertisers are now increasing spend on digital to as high as 25% from the 5-10%. Furthermore, video ads popularity is being hampered by slow internet speeds. The exact figure should be taken with a grain of salt as to accuracy and context but the message is clear- digital is on the rise, even in the Philippines….
