Do you want to upgrade your “boring” powerpoint presentations?
Will you and your team benefit from a presentation that is almost as good as you presenting it live?
Will you have to repeat the presentation in the future, but dont have the time to do it over and over again?
Will you benefit from collaborative group work on a presentation.
Do you want each group member to contribute individually made slides online (using the cloud) to the final group presentation?
Now, you can do it easily by adding voice to powerpoint. Here is how…
Here is a demonstration of the upgrade from powerpoint to video.
This was the powerpoint uploaded on slideshare…
After adding narration, and saving as a video, and uploading on youtube for easy sharing, here is the 4 minute video…
How was this done? Using the tutorial video above, I just added voice to a 33 slide presentation. Powerpoint allowed me to save it in 3 different formats: (1) powerpoint which still allows team members to rearrange slides, change slide content, and even add new slides (2) powerpoint show which allows viewers to play the content as a slideshow. Use this option when editing of the presentation is not required but you need to keep file size low for easy sharing (3) mp4 video.
Note how the file size increased slightly when saved as powerpoint or powerpoint show. The increase in file size was greatest when saved as an mp4 video.
So what are you waiting for? Power Up!
