Without feedback, we are like the emperor with no clothes, blinded by our own biases and perceptions.

So if you are given feedback that can make you better, then be grateful and not blameful.

You have found a friend or coach that will tell you how it is. It is up to you what you do with the feedback.

This is also why bowling and basketball are such popular sports. Because, if you make good on a shot, you instantly know. Imagine these games when after you release the ball, it passes through a curtain ,and you have no idea on how you scored.
