After leading and coaching 97 Classes, mostly Marketing and Digital Marketing Classes at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business I know each class is very different from the other.

While the subject matter and the syllabus is essentially the same, the diversity in the individual student’ passion and the collective pride to excel is as wide as the Grand Canyon.

Every once in a while, something clicks and almost everyone seems to be working towards making theirs, the best class ever.

As I look back to 2020 classes such CLDH’ ‘s v78 and v85 stand out, MBA Health classes v84 and v88, Regis Classes v95 and v97 and BrandMa Class v94 stood out as Primus InterPares, first among equals. (Sorry, this old prof’s memory cant remember the class numbers of similar Primus classes in Clark, Sta Rosa and Cebu).

With memory failing, and outstanding work worth remembering, I have been inspired, almost obligated to document some of the best work so that they can serve as beacons and guideposts for the many that came before and the remaining few who might begin their journey.

So here’s to remembering and celebrating v97 summation of what can yet be the best marketing class ever.
